How to Book a Tattoo Appointment

Step 1:
email aliciavart@gmail.com /alicia@whitelotusartgallery.com and/or fill out the booking form with your project specifications and contact info.
Step 2:
Look for a response email from either of the two emails listed above - I will then book your appointment for the day and time that works for you and that I am available, either a consultation or a tattoo session. Look for an email with booking time confirmation. Let me know if you have any questions about pricing or tattoo session times before you book the initial appointment.
Step 3:
make sure to check for a confirmation email for your appointment booking and also look for an invoice for the $100 deposit. You will also receive the studio instructions and consent form link info from me(aliciavart@gmail.com) after your deposit is paid and appointment is securely booked. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about booking time or need any more information.

Tattoo Session Cost/Prices

I charge per hour/session or per tattoo depending on a number of variables including the location, tattoo style, detail and size of the piece. The tattoo booking site lays out the descriptions of each session with rough size ranges next to each session and the general cost range and time frame of each. For the most part the sessions will be rated at $150/hour unless otherwise stated or the piece is a part of a special or sale price flash sheet.

There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit for each tattoo session that is booked. This deposit will also go towards the overall cost of your tattoo. The deposit guarantees your booking time and is also a retainer fee for myself(artist) and time in which the initial session was booked.

How to prepare for your tattoo appointment

After you book your tattoo session with me (Alicia V.), have sent over your idea/or concept and your ready to prepare for your Tatoo appointment, here are some basic things you can do (or avoid) so that you'll be ready the day and time your appointment is booked.
Do:
-get plenty of rest the night before your appointment
-drink plenty of water
-eat a well rounded meal the day of (and a few hour before) your appointment

DO NOT:

-try not to drink/take any alcohol or blood thinner over the counter medicine (Advil) a few days prior. These blood thinning agents will make you bleed more while you are getting tattooed, which will lead to more bruising, which will lead to making it more difficult for me to also tattoo you and then lead to a slower healing time for you. If you are taking any prescription blood thinning medication, also please inform me of this before your session.

-do not show up to your tattoo session with numbing cream and or any other kind of numbing substance coated in the area of your tattoo. This creates a harder job for me while I am tattooing and will also risk the inability for the tattoo ink to saturate fully to the tattoos full potential. I will provide numbing cream that I use in the studio if you would like to request there will be a small additional charge.
