Project: "Art at a Distance" -A drive by exhibit
Commissioned by: Metrowest Community Organization
Purpose: Local Artists express their feelings during a global pandemic
Brief: I was commissioned by Metrowest Community Org, a nonprofit org in Cleveland, Ohio along with ten other local artists, to create a panel with my reflections during the covid pandemic. This was also a mural to speak to the local community particularly durign a time when everyone being quarantined and experiencing mental health difficulties. I created a female face split into two sides one of a lost male lion and the other of a women crying a scared. The surrounding area on both sides is switched around with tall grass n the females side and the city buildings on the lions, and on both sides there is fire and smoke all around.
